Nutrition Consultations

Nutritional consultations can take many forms - generally I ask a round of questions to find out what symptoms you are suffering from and what health goals you have. I then learn about what you're eating, when and how much. Next, I will come up with dietary recommendations based on your current circumstance to help you achieve your health goals.

All clients recieve a formated digital copy of my dietary reccomendations and instructions.
